How soon will I get my order?
Most of our products are made to order. Once your order is received we will send you an email giving you an estimated delivery date. Fairy dresses take at least 2-4 weeks. Home goods minimum of 1-2 weeks. See product sheets in shop for delivery dates.
What are Limited Edition?
Limited Editions are products created in a limited number. Most fairy tale dresses are Limited Editions because they are created by request. Other Limited Editions may have been created with limited materials.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time but please contact us if you would like to place an order for international shipping.
What payments are accepted & is my credit card information protected?
Yes! All transactions are secure. All major credit cards are accepted using the Stripe secure payments system. You can also use your PayPal for purchases.
Can we use any of CHIARIstyle products on our blogs?
Love it. We only ask that you must link back to the site or give credit.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party.

WorkBooks
Every book is made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. WorkBooks are packaged based on collection. Some books may have a PDF download. Limited Edition style books cannot be re-ordered. Regarding Digital PDF Workbooks. Once sale is complete a 24 hour link will be sent to your email address. You have 24 hours to complete this order. If for any reason you miss your order link date or lose you link information please contact us with order confirmation # and we will re-send a new confirmation link ASAP.

Each dress is one-of-a-kind. We do offer Made to Order for wholesale & custom bridal find out more here.
Every fairy tale dress is created from embellishments collected making duplicating the dresses impossible unless your request Made to Order. Dresses will be designed around jewels and appliques in the market place. Made to order is perfect for weddings, ballet, recitals. We will also create fairy tale dresses for exclusives for clients looking for even more bling. For more information contact us here.
Each dress is made by hand so it is inspected for perfection before it leaves us. Every dress is made with love, so if for any reason you find that the dress is not what you had wished for please contact us ASAP.
To be eligible for a return, we need 5 days notice from receipt of dress. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original box packaged as sent. You will also need to have the receipt or order # of purchase. To notify us of any problems click here.
Returns for all merchandise.
Every item is inspected before shipping. For a refund merchandise must be due to damage from shipping. Notification is due 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original package. Copy of receipt or order # should be included with package.
Shipping Reimbursement due to damage:
You will be notified that inspection determined merchandise was damaged due to shipping and check will be sent with shipping reimbursement to you within 5 business days upon notification.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit based on your card issuer's policies. (See your card suppler refund dates.) If your return is not approved we will notify you immediate to discuss reasons and how we can accommodate the discrepancies on your return. Please note each dress must be in the exact condition sent when returned including all packaging.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping cost will not be included with your refund unless due to shipping damage.
Payment on Services.
Our Terms are payment in full.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Contact us here.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes almost finished. We will contact you if is possible to terminate the completion of style ASAP. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect to the final finish will be given to you with 5 days of termination agreement.
