Seamless, shapewear and dots were strong for 2013 in store deliveries. Push-up, lace and triangle bras were best sellers & Menswear Boxers held their own thanks to new prints and bold colorways. Tribal, floral & stripe prints made a strong showing along with peplum and fitted tops. Skins, always. Black and pink color hues, the key colors for the 2013 intimate market. Look for blue tones to be a strong color for 2014. Metallic finishes should fade into soft pearl tones. High low hemline, a premium selling point from tops to sexy slips. Luxury style had the fastest sell through & this trend of "luxury looks" will still be strong going into S/S14. Look for new lace & fabric re-sources for exciting ideas to enhance the urbanwear concept for intimates into loungewear this season. Think conversationals go on safari. Overall the intimate-lounge-sleepwear categories are a great bet going into 2014.
